At APG Packaging, we strive for perfection in every cosmetic component we deliver; however, if your order does not meet our quality standards, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and batch details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack the unused packaging components in their original shipping containers to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Attach Documentation

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and include a copy of your original invoice inside the package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the items and process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.
